Role Overview

The Senior HR Manager serves as a hands-on leader for all HR functions in the US and provides leadership and support for the HR function throughout the North America Region. The role balances oversight of day-to-day HR activities and operational excellence, delivering practical HR solutions that support business growth and the industry best talent.

Provide leadership and oversight of core HR operational functions, lead complex employee relations matters, oversee compensation practices, translate global initiatives into effective US based execution, and serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • HR Certification (SPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.) preferred
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive human resources leadership experience
  • Minimum of 5 years managing HR professionals in multiple disciplines
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., UKG/Kronos/ Paylocity, ADP Workforce Now, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of and experience in US employment law and compliance
