Requirements
Manage onboarding process
Ad-hoc reporting as needed
Assist in managing human resources processes & procedures
Recommends or participates in the development of new procedures
Performs other duties as assigned to ensure continued efficient operations of Strive to meet ever-evolving business needs
Represents Strive with professionalism and the Strive values
Proficient with Asana, Workday, Google Workplace, Slack, Paylocity
