We are seeking a Senior HR Project Manager to lead and deliver high-impact projects across the employee lifecycle. This role will play a critical part in advancing strategic HR initiatives that enhance the employee experience, improve process efficiency, and support the growth of our people and culture.

Requirements

  • Lead end-to-end project management for HR programs focused on the employee lifecycle
  • Collaborate with HR subject matter experts, business leaders, and internal partners to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics
  • Drive project timelines, track milestones, and manage risk, resources, and communications
  • Manage documentation, training materials, and communications to support adoption of new programs and processes
  • Build project roadmaps and dashboards to provide visibility to stakeholders and leadership
  • Collect feedback and analyze program effectiveness, using data to inform ongoing improvements
