Role OverviewThe Senior HR Representative will have HR generalist responsibility for supporting a defined group(s) of clients, reporting to an HR Manager. The role contributes to the implementation of ASR Group's people and organization agenda, delivering high-quality results through formal and informal influence of others.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will partner with stakeholders to execute demand planning, recruit and hire candidates, coordinate hiring processes, support college recruitment, manage regulatory requirements, and administer HR policies.

Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources
- Experience in managing employee relations and investigations
- High skill level in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word)
- Ability to speak with a high level of professionalism and presence to individuals or groups
- Experience providing HR support to an industrial/manufacturing or distribution/logistics business
- Experience in a union environment required
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline from accredited university
