Senior HR Solutions Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Solutions Consultant to support multiple clients across a variety of industries. This role is responsible for advising clients on human resources best practices, strengthening HR processes, and implementing or optimizing HR information systems. The ideal candidate is a trusted HR advisor who thrives in a multi-client environment.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with clients to assess their human resources needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop customized HR strategies and recommendations. Provide ongoing HR advisory services across areas such as policy development, employment law compliance, employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
• Five to seven years of progressive human resources experience
• At least two years of HR consulting, outsourced HR, professional services, or multi-client experience preferred
• Broad knowledge of HR best practices, including employee relations, talent management, performance management, policy development, organizational development, and employment law compliance
• Experience advising leaders on complex or sensitive employee relations and workplace matters
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Experience implementing, configuring, or optimizing HR information systems
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client engagements, deadlines, and deliverables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and consulting skills
• Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and client teams

Benefits

• Salary range $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
