Job Description
CRD Careers is seeking a Senior HR Specialist to lead benefits administration and leave management for their Acton-based manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who thrives on accuracy, compliance, and employee support.
Requirements
Administer employee benefits programs
Serve as primary contact for benefits inquiries and issue resolution
Manage leave programs including FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD, and workers' compensation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and plan-level requirements
Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate reports for audits and renewals
Support annual open enrollment and benefits audits
Assist with training program administration and recordkeeping
