Requirements

  • Administer employee benefits programs
  • Serve as primary contact for benefits inquiries and issue resolution
  • Manage leave programs including FMLA, PFML, ADA, STD/LTD, and workers' compensation
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and plan-level requirements
  • Maintain accurate HRIS data and generate reports for audits and renewals
  • Support annual open enrollment and benefits audits
