Role Overview

The Senior HRIS Analyst supports global Human Capital Management/HRIS systems to keep HR operations running smoothly, taking ownership of key system domains and contributing to their ongoing roadmap. They serve as the primary functional subject matter expert and HRIS team advocate within the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery ecosystem.

What You Will Do

Maintain knowledge across Human Capital Management/HRIS systems, serve as a subject matter expert and owner of at least one HCM system, and collaborate with HRIS team members, HR, Payroll, IT, and other teams to recommend system and process enhancements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable technical/educational discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in a related field
  • 5+ years’ experience working with technical support of Human Capital Management systems
  • 3+ years’ experience working with technical support of ServiceNow or a similar service delivery ticketing system
