Senior HRIS Analyst responsible for maintaining the Dayforce HCM system, performing data analysis, and providing support to end users. Requires experience with Dayforce HCM, excellent interpersonal and technical support skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or another related field
  • 3-5 years of experience maintaining HR business systems
  • Experience with Dayforce HCM
  • Experience maintaining a complete HCM solution
  • Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP's, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Highly organized with strong time management skills
  • Great attention to detail and works well under pressure
