Job Description
At Link Snacks, we're looking for a Senior HRIS Manager to lead the management and optimization of our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to support our fast-paced, growth-oriented CPG environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7 + years experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for UKG, with full ownership of system strategy, configuration, optimization, and governance.
  • Senior Manager–level HRIS leadership experience, including oversight of HR systems supporting complex, multi-site organizations.
