Role Overview

The Senior HRP Manager will lead a team of Site HRPs supporting the hourly manufacturing workforce across production sites and shifts. The role requires regular travel to production sites to support the team, understand evolving business challenges, and maintain strong relationships with operational leadership. The Senior HRP Manager will serve as the single-threaded HRP leader for the ProdOps business with a seat at the Leo ProdOps PXT and Leo PXT Leadership Tables.

What You Will Do

The day-to-day responsibilities of the Senior HRP Manager will include defining and owning the ProdOps HRP strategy, leading and developing the ProdOps HRP team, setting HRP strategy and standards of excellence for ProdOps, architecting the integrated HRP delivery model, ensuring high-quality manager guidance, driving efficiency and continuous improvement at scale, building manager capability through mechanisms, measuring and inspecting, and driving AI-first service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of human resources experience, experience defining HR strategy and operating models for complex or scaling organizations, and experience leading HR teams in manufacturing, aerospace, or 24/7 operational environments. The candidate will also have experience building and scaling HR functions through periods of rapid organizational growth, geographic expansion, or acquisition integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing teams experience
  • 10+ years of human resources experience
  • Experience defining HR strategy and operating models for complex or scaling organizations
  • Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
