Role OverviewThis role provides senior HSE leadership across Ramboll's EPC/EPCM project portfolio in Ramboll Americas, supporting the safe delivery of complex engineering, procurement, construction management, commissioning, and turnover activities.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will lead the development of a portfolio-wide HSE approach, serve as primary HSE advisor to Project Directors and EPC/EPCM leadership teams, and drive adoption of Ramboll's HSE program.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive on-site HSE leadership experience with substantial large-scale EPC/EPCM project exposure
- Strong background supporting multi-contractor, high-risk industrial construction environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- Proven experience supporting construction management delivery models where HSE performance is delivered through contractor execution and strong client/contractor interface management
- Working knowledge of construction-phase HSE controls, contractor management, incident investigation, assurance, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to travel regularly to project locations and engage effectively with field teams, project leadership, clients, and contractors
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
