Job Description
Senior Human Resource Manager will act as a strategic partner to Trace-A-Matic and lead all aspects of HR programs and services, including recruitment, training, and employee development.

Requirements

  • Lead and assist in all aspects of HR programs and services
  • Partner strategically and tactically with hiring managers and other HR team members
  • Coach managers and provide input on employee relations and matters of corrective action
  • Manage employee development strategy and allocation of resources
  • Interpret and apply HR policies, procedures and programs
