Role OverviewThe Senior HR Business Partner is a senior HR advisory and execution role responsible for delivering the full spectrum of HR services to assigned departments and team members across The Collier Companies' multi-state portfolio. This role operates at the intersection of operational HR excellence and strategic business partnership, executing complex employee relations, leave administration, workers' compensation, and compliance matters independently while serving as the day-to-day HR advisor to people managers and department leaders.
What You Will Do
The Senior HR Business Specialist will own day-to-day case management from intake through return-to-work, coordinate with employees, managers, and carriers, maintain accurate records across all operating states, and provide embedded HR partnership to multiple departments simultaneously.

Requirements
- College level education or related experience preferred
- Minimum 5+ years of Human Resources relevant related experiences
- Multifamily real experience preferred
- Must have a valid Florida Driver's License and reliable transportation
