Role OverviewThe Senior Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that support client groups comprised largely of manufacturing and engineering teams. This includes designing, implementing, and administering employee programs, policies, and procedures that align with the company's mission, goals, and objectives. The Senior HRBP will work closely with our leadership team to attract, retain, and develop top talent, while fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, design, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensure policies align with legal requirements, industry best practices, and company values, regularly review and revise policies to stay aligned with business goals, industry trends, and evolving labor laws.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR programs, policies, and procedures
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, as well as best practices in the field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
