Job Description
HOK is an interdisciplinary collective of designers and thinkers seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to join their Corporate Human Resources team. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded HR professional with a strong foundation in human resources administration, paired with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects with structure and accountability.

Requirements

  • Maintaining strong work knowledge of federal, state, local, and international employment laws and regulations
  • Understanding and coordinating the integration of domestic and international HR policies and programs
  • Managing all aspects of employment-based immigration
  • Managing or advising regional HR teams on all aspects of employee relocation
  • Providing full cycle HR support for business groups or disciplines
  • Conducting and tracking trends in exit interviews
  • Serving as a backup and resources for regional HR teams
  • Tracking, ordering, maintaining, and distributing American Express accounts
  • Administering the firm's corporate travel program
  • Participating in local or state professional associations
