Job Description
We are seeking an innovative Senior Human Resources Generalist to join our Enterprise (Central) HR Team within the State Human Resources Division. This position supports the State of Montana's human resources centralization initiative and requires a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or another related field, as well as five or more years of progressively responsible experience in a human resources role, including a least two years of experience in a senior human resources role.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, public administration, or another related field.
  • Five or more years of progressively responsible experience in a human resources role, including a least two years of experience in a senior human resources role.
  • Experience developing and administering both tactical and strategic HR programs within a larger organization.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of principles, procedures, and best practices for talent recruitment and selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor law, and HR information systems.
