Job Description
Morton Salt is seeking a dynamic, hands-on HR professional to lead HR functions onsite at their Port Canaveral facility. The ideal candidate will own all HR functions, partner with Regional HR Manager and HR Centers, and independently lead initiatives that elevate culture, talent, and performance across the site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (preferred)
  • HR experience in a union environment (preferred)
  • Collective bargaining agreement administration and interpretation experience (preferred)
  • Negotiation of collective bargaining agreements (preferred)
