Requirements
- Eight or more years' experience in Human Resources performing multiple duties
- Experience in employee relations, compliance, policy administration, recruiting and onboarding processes
- Strong working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, including ADA, FMLA, FLSA
- Previous experience conducting workplace investigations, and dealing with sensitive, difficult, and confrontational issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to relate to diverse groups of employees in the organization
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Previous experience with process improvement and developing and maintaining SOP's
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
