Role Overview

The Senior HR Generalist provides comprehensive support across talent acquisition, employee relations, HR administration, talent management, and payroll, while serving as a trusted partner to managers and employees. Working closely with our HR Business Partner, this role supports managers in a wide range of people-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.

What You Will Do

Conduct full-cycle recruiting for professional, technical, and management-level positions from requisition approval through onboarding, process multi-state payroll, and maintain HRIS records.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant Human Resources experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, including full-cycle recruiting, employee relations, HR operations, and HR administration
  • Proven success recruiting and hiring professional, technical, and management-level talent, including difficult-to-fill positions
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws, HR best practices, and employee relations principles
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience processing end-to-end, multi-state payroll with a solid understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll tax regulations, compliance requirements, garnishments, and payroll audits
