Job Description
Role Overview

As a Senior Human Resources Generalist at HDR, you will be responsible for a variety of HR-related tasks, including ensuring the fair and consistent application of HDR policies and procedures, handling employee relations and performance management, and coordinating compensation market studies. You will work in collaboration with the Area HR Manager and NC Area HR team to maintain a positive team environment and drive an inclusive work environment. You will also assist with diversity, equity, and inclusion functions and outreach initiatives.

What You Will Do

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include accomplishing HR-related tasks with excellent customer service, ensuring the fair and consistent application of HDR policies and procedures, handling employee relations and performance management, and coordinating compensation market studies. You will also utilize the HRIS to process personnel transactions, generate reports, and support HR operations.
