Role OverviewAs a Senior Human Resources Generalist at HDR, you will support the full employee life cycle in the NC Area, ensuring the fair and consistent application of HDR policies and procedures. You will handle general employee relations and performance management questions or issues, and coordinate requested compensation market studies. You will also utilize the HRIS to process personnel transactions, generate reports, and support HR operations.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include processing personnel transactions, generating reports, and supporting HR operations. You will also handle general employee relations and performance management questions or issues, and coordinate requested compensation market studies. Additionally, you will assist with the coordination of professional development training for staff and support the NC Area internship program.
