Role Overview

The Senior Human Resource Generalist position supports management and employees in conducting their work to deliver programs by providing traditional human resource services, including recruiting, hiring and orientation, compensation, negotiating and administering labor contracts, training, promoting employee safety, conducting workforce analysis and data reporting, performance management, resolving complaints and grievances, and establishing and enforcing policies and practices in the workplace.

What You Will Do

Provide leadership and guidance to HR investigations and agency corrective action coordination, including policy development, revisions, implementation, official correspondence, and manager training.
