Job Description
Atkore is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to lead and execute talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee relations, and coaching and counseling of the facility management team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience.

Requirements

  • Lead Human Resources operations for Atkore's Louisville, KY manufacturing facility
  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
  • Develop and implement strategies and action plans that strengthen employee engagement and alignment
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and complaints
  • Coach and provide guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and leadership effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with employment related laws
  • Maintain human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database
  • Drive on-time delivery of annual HR processes
