Job Description
Hyatt Regency San Francisco is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to support the hotel's Human Resources function and help deliver a best-in-class colleague experience.

Requirements

  • Support the Director of Human Resources in leading daily HR operations for Hyatt Regency San Francisco.
  • Provide guidance on colleague relations, coaching, performance management, investigations, corrective action, and policy interpretation.
  • Ensure HR practices are aligned with Hyatt policies, hotel-specific procedures, collective bargaining agreement requirements, and federal, state, and local employment regulations.
