Senior Human Resources Manager

The Senior HR Manager owns the people strategy and HR outcomes for an assigned region, partnering closely with Contract Logistics leadership and the HR Director to ensure workforce strategy enables performance, scalability, and long-term growth. This role operates as a strategic advisor to sub-product leadership, with accountability for workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and HR governance.

Define and drive the people strategy aligned to sub-product priorities and business objectives, lead workforce planning, headcount strategy, and organizational design to support growth and efficiency, and ensure consistent performance calibration and drive engagement and culture outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles
• Experience leading labor relations in unionized environments, including collective bargaining agreement interpretation and partnership with union representatives
• Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, multi-site, operational environments
• Strong expertise in workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy
• Experience managing complex employee relations and HR risk
• Ability to translate business priorities into scalable people strategies
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with experience presenting to leadership
• Experience leading or influencing through others
