Mercor is seeking a Senior Human Resources Specialist to review and evaluate AI-generated outputs, create realistic scenarios, annotate data, and provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in HR workflows.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in an HR or staffing function at a mid-to-large enterprise, staffing agency, or HR consulting firm.
  • Background in one or more areas such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, employee relations, learning & development, or HR operations.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks.
  • Clear written communication and attention to detail.
