Role OverviewThis is professional work assigned to our Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency Program. Responsibilities include collecting, compiling and analyzing program data, assessment of training needs, training program activities, and analysis of complex policy and case management problems.
What You Will Do
Monitors data and performs analysis to resolve problems arising in program eligibility, service delivery and/or policy implementation; Plans, organizes, and conducts pre-service, in-service and policy update training for staff and insures employees have the basic knowledge required to administer a variety of programs.

Ability to speak/read/write Spanish/Creole/French or other foreign language may be considered in the selection process as determined by Agency need at time of interview. Preference will be given to applicants with Office of Economic Self-Sufficiency experience.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university and four years of professional experience in health, social, economic or rehabilitative programs
- A Master’s degree from an accredited college or university can substitute for one year of the required experience
- Professional or nonprofessional experience as requires above can substitute on a year-for-year basis for the required college education
