Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to lead the design, specification, and delivery of HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, institutional, and related facility projects.
What You Will Do
Lead HVAC design across all project phases, perform heating and cooling load calculations, design and evaluate HVAC systems, and prepare and review drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 8+ years of HVAC design experience
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- Strong knowledge of ASHRAE standards, applicable mechanical codes, and energy codes
- Experience with HVAC load calculations, system selection, equipment sizing, and construction documentation
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and load/energy modeling tools such as Trace 3D Plus, IES VE, or similar software
- Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain high-quality deliverables
