Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior HVAC Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of commercial HVAC projects throughout the Greater San Diego, CA area. This role is responsible for identifying and managing project risks, ensuring seamless communication between all stakeholders, and overseeing project execution from inception to closeout.

Key responsibilities include risk management, vendor & subcontractor management, labor & material tracking, document control, field coordination, schedule management, billing & projections, and client communication.

Requirements

- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
