Senior Immigration Attorney (Detained Defense & Legal Access Programs)

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal credential, or eligibility to provide immigration legal services through appropriate accreditation
• Active license to practice law (if applicable)
• 3–5+ years of experience in immigration law, preferably including removal defense
• Spanish language proficiency required (fluency preferred)
• Ability to travel periodically for court appearances and on-site program activities
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
