Job Description
Beehive Industries is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Senior Indirect Buyer to support procurement activities for a fast-paced aerospace and defense manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong supplier management skills, experience with regulated manufacturing environments, and the ability to drive cost savings while ensuring quality, delivery, and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–7+ years of purchasing or procurement experience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or highly regulated industries
  • Experience sourcing CAPEX equipment and indirect spend categories
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and supplier management skills
  • Leadership ability: strong communicator, decision-maker, collaborative
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issues security clearance
