Role OverviewSkyworks is seeking a Sr Industrial Engineer to join our team in Greensboro, NC to translate NPI development requirements into manufacturing targets and coordinate manufacturing execution software (MES) projects.
What You Will Do
Translate NPI development requirements into manufacturing targets, create new innovative systems and processes, coordinate MES projects, monitor and analyze work center KPIs, and lead factory yield root cause and corrective action efforts.

Requirements
- BS degree in Industrial/Systems Engineering or similar discipline
- 5+ years relevant work experience

- Knowledge of LEAN philosophy, problem solving tools (8D, 8Step, A3)
- Advanced Excel/VBA knowledge
