The role involves leading project teams, managing design activities, and delivering construction documents for industrial-type facilities. The ideal candidate will have technical design knowledge, experience in leading teams, and proficiency in Autodesk Revit. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant prior experience in the areas of industrial architecture
  • LEED Accreditation with experience and/or interest in sustainable design
  • Experience leading teams and mentoring junior staff
  • Experience facilitating meetings with a range of stakeholders
  • Due to client contract requirements, US Citizenship or permanent residency is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related field
  • A minimum of 10 years experience
  • Registered Architect
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project Schedule)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in use of Autodesk Revit and familiarity with related tools and process
  • Demonstrated graphic presentation skills
  • Must have experience in preparation and layout of architectural contract documents and specifications
  • Strong knowledge of codes and good planning skills
