Senior Industrial Project Manager

Lead industrial and manufacturing projects from planning through execution, ensuring objectives are delivered safely, on time, within scope, and on budget. Improve manufacturing performance by implementing process optimization, lean manufacturing principles, and continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce waste.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of project management experience within a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain operations, quality systems, and project milestone/tollgate methodologies.
• Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, Primavera, or similar platforms.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex operational challenges through data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
