Role OverviewThe Superintendent will lead and coordinate industrial projects in Rock Springs, Wyoming. The role requires hands-on leadership, project oversight, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The Superintendent will provide hands-on leadership and project oversight, supervise and develop crew leaders, and plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and site resources.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of industrial field operations or project leadership experience

- Experience monitoring labor utilization, productivity, job costs, budgets, purchase orders, and overall project performance
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and communicate effectively with customers, field personnel, Operations Management, and Administrative teams
