Role OverviewThe Senior Information Systems Security Engineer provides support to the customer in the area of Cyber Security. Daily tasks include providing analytical and technical security recommendations, leading the identification of projects' security requirements, participating in network design reviews and security testing, coordinating with systems' development teams, and reviewing and analyzing new systems.
Requirements
- Current U.S. Government Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
- Favorably adjudicated Polygraph
- DoD 8570 certification in IAT or IAM
- Experience with crypto, COMSEC and GEOINT
- Bachelors of Science Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or an advanced IA certification (i.e. CISSP or CASP)
- Self-starter requiring limited direction and supervision
- Experience briefing senior customer personnel
- Ability to organize and prioritize numerous customer requests in a fast pace deadline driven environment
- Familiarity with customer's IA processes
- Experience with IA vulnerability testing and related network and system test tools (i.e. retina, HBSS, EVSS, ACAS)
- Experience supporting IC or DoD in the Cyber Security Domain
