As a Senior Inspector, you'll review and approve energy audits, scopes of work, and specifications, ensuring compliance with regulations and industry best practices. The role involves site visits, desktop reviews, and data compilation for reporting, with a focus on energy modeling and project completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: graduation from a standard high school or GED
  • Three to five years of experience in inspection, reading, and interpretation of regulatory requirements
  • Experience in energy quality assurance inspections and energy auditing
  • Certifications such as BPI Building Analyst Technician and Professional, BPI Energy Auditor, BPI Quality Control Inspector
  • Valid driver's license with less than five points
  • Ability to lift 50lbs and communicate effectively
  • Experience with State of Maryland Weatherization Standards (preferred)
