Role OverviewThe Senior Instructor will support Transmission Line Services (TLS) training programs across New York State, focusing on training coordination, facilitation, logistics, and administrative support. The successful candidate will work closely with TLS leadership, field supervisors, instructors, vendors, and Learning & Development to ensure training events are planned, resourced, documented, and executed successfully.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on transmission line field experience
- Strong understanding of transmission construction, maintenance, and safety standards

- Willingness to travel statewide and work outdoors in varying conditions
