Role OverviewThe Senior Engineer role is to design, develop, and enable enterprise integration solutions that connect applications, platforms, and services across the organization. This role will have strong Java and API development expertise with full-stack knowledge to architect scalable integration solutions, build proof of concepts (PoCs), and support delivery teams in executing complex integration initiatives.
What You Will Do
Design scalable and secure integration architectures based on business and technical requirements in collaboration with build and delivery teams. Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate technologies, integration approaches, and solution feasibility. Provide technical leadership and engineering support to build teams that require additional capacity or specialized expertise.

Requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise integration solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and API development
- Experience designing, building and consuming RESTful APIs using spring boot
- Front end knowledge to handle SDK, Webhooks, Batches
- Understanding of software design principles, integration patterns, and distributed systems
- Experience working with CI/CD like Bitbucket, GitHub etc.
- Experience with unit/integration testing
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience working in Agile software development environments
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels
