Role Overview

The Integration Engineer is a hands-on leader and strategic decision-maker responsible for identifying, implementing, and supporting technologies that enable business growth. This role demands a self-starter who proactively finds work, addresses systemic issues, and brings innovative solutions to the table. You will work with both the IT Infrastructure and Applications teams to support a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will work on some of the leading technologies designed to disrupt the longstanding methodologies of lubricant delivery. With the use of cloud, networking, and advanced systems, you will work directly with key client stakeholders committed to the OilTech disruption. You will lead initiatives to define and solve business problems, drive decisions, and take ownership of technical outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in systems/network engineering, with proven application implementation and infrastructure leadership.
  • Strong experience managing firewall configurations and network security policies.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, make informed decisions, and work autonomously.
  • Certifications in Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, or relevant technologies strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), virtualization, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
