Senior Interaction Designer - Quant & Analytics

Requirements

• Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Visual Communication, or any design-related field
• 4+ years of experience in several of the following: user research, designing for complex user workflows, service design, product design, interaction design, UI and visual design, and prototyping
• Familiarity with core concepts and interaction design challenges related to cloud computing and IDEs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Curiosity and aptitude to extensively research existing and emerging best practices in the field of HCI/UX
• Enthusiasm for shaping the user experience across all product surfaces, not just graphical interfaces
• Portfolio with detailed wireframes illustrating a step-by-step user workflow for solutions that solve complex problems
