Job Description
Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an Internal Auditor to join our Finance department where you’ll join a team of 45 other Internal Auditors who work in a collaborative and dynamic environment and who are valued as consultants to their internal clients – partnering with them in the auditing process and advising on efficiencies.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in internal or external audit
  • Big 4 experience strongly preferred
  • Hospitality industry experience or knowledge is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Preferred certifications: CPA, CIA, CFE, or Chartered Accountant
  • Proficiency with tools such as iScala, Alteryx, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
  • Experience in data analytics projects or familiarity with AI-powered tools to support data analysis and insights
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English
  • Willingness to travel between 60% and 70%
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to understand business processes, identify risks and controls, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Highly detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence and clarity in presenting audit findings to senior hotel leadership
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and resilient profile, with a positive, can‐do attitude
  • Naturally curious and innovative, motivated to explore new approaches and propose creative solutions to complex problems
