Role OverviewThe Michigan Internal Communications Specialist or Senior Specialist position would support Chobani's efforts to reach, inform, and engage employees through a variety of channels, with a primary focus on the company's growing Michigan manufacturing presence.
What You Will Do
Source, capture, and produce impactful stories that inform, serve, and engage Michigan employees through email, photo, video, digital signage, print, leader talking points, and other internal channels.

Requirements
- Associate's degree required; communications-related degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in communications, employee engagement, manufacturing communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or a similar role
- Strong written, verbal, visual, and multimedia communications skills
- Proven ability to capture and create photo and video content
- Ability to develop and execute communications plans, programs, and initiatives in partnership with site leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
