Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and commercially minded Senior International Tax Manager to join a dynamic global tax organization. This role requires a strong combination of technical tax knowledge, business acumen, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will partner with senior leaders across Tax, Finance, Treasury, and Legal to navigate complex international tax matters while supporting growth initiatives throughout the United States and Latin America.

What You Will Do

The Senior International Tax Manager will be responsible for providing strategic oversight of United States international tax reporting and compliance, leading global tax planning initiatives, supporting mergers and acquisitions activities, and serving as the primary tax lead for Latin America. This role requires a strong combination of technical tax knowledge, business acumen, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance, or Law
  • CPA, JD, or Masters of Law in Taxation preferred
  • 7–10 years of international tax experience, ideally with a combination of Big Four and multinational technology company experience
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. international tax regulations and reporting requirements
  • Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills
  • Experience with Bloomberg Tax, CCH, or similar research tools
  • Knowledge of Brazilian, Mexican, and broader Latin American tax systems is a plus
  • Experience with SAP and tax provision software preferred
