What You Will Do
Define the carrier sourcing strategy, lead cross-functional alignment, own the investment thesis for new international air products, architect and own end-to-end competitive sourcing processes, drive commercial modeling rigor, lead carrier evaluation and selection, and lead negotiations directly on complex, high-value agreements.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business economics, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, information technology or equivalent
- 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Experience building and managing financial models for business forecasting and problem solving
- Experience delivering complex, data-driven recommendations to senior leaders
- 5+ years of experience in air cargo, airline commercial/sales, aviation sourcing, or international logistics
