Job Description
The Senior Investment Associate is a core member of Avanta Residential, an Invesco Real Estate and Hunt Companies real estate development and investment platform. The Associate is responsible for supporting all aspects of project execution across a broad range of real estate investment opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; ideally from a top-tier school.
  • Master's Degree Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science in Real Estate (MSRE) preferred
  • 4-7 years of work experience in real estate, real estate development, infrastructure, investment banking, lending, investment management, or commercial real estate brokerage, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of subject-matter-expert level experience using Excel for financial modeling, data analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • 4+ years of progressively responsible experience in Financial planning and analysis.
  • 5+ years of experience with multifamily transactions and operations.
