Job Description
TikTok's User Growth team leads growth initiatives for TikTok and all its platforms with a data-driven and results-focused engineering and product mindset. As a Senior iOS Software Engineer, you will build best-in-class onboarding experiences for users and define A/B testing frameworks to measure and improve user retention rate.

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent majors
  • Strong understanding of software development principles, capabilities, and limitations of iOS platform
  • Proficiency in Objective-C or Swift
  • Ability to understand and debug large and complex code bases
  • Good team communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion and experience building consumer-facing products
