Job Description
e.l.f. Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Senior IP Paralegal to join their dynamic and high-growth beauty company. The role will provide high-level legal support in managing and developing the company's global trademark portfolio and other IP-related matters.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree and paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
10+ years of law firm and/or in-house paralegal experience
Strong understanding of domestic and international trademark processes
Proficiency in conducting trademark clearance searches and managing trademark watch notices
Advanced proficiency in IP portfolio management and docketing software, and MS Office
