Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated IT professional to ensure the reliability, security, and continuous improvement of our technology environment. This hands-on role is responsible for leading asset and access management, managing IT service contracts, and implementing a formalized IT support ticketing system.
What You Will Do
The position will involve leading the implementation and ongoing management of a formalized IT support ticketing system, maintaining a current and accurate inventory of all hardware, software licenses, and IT assets, and managing user provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access controls.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field
- 2–4 years of progressive IT experience
- Demonstrated working knowledge of handling confidential/sensitive information subject to regulation
- Hands-on experience administering a Microsoft 365 environment
- Experience implementing or significantly improving an IT help ticketing system
- Proven ability to manage hardware/software asset inventories and user access controls
- Experience managing or supporting IT vendor contracts and service agreements
