Role OverviewThis position leads IT Business Engagement operations, overseeing work intake, prioritization, delivery tracking, issue resolution, and team execution to ensure practical, supportable solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business needs.

Manages day-to-day IT Business Engagement operations, including demand intake, resource coordination, project execution, issue escalation, and delivery governance.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 12+ years of IT experience, including project/program management, systems integration, or data management
- Knowledge of IT project methodologies, delivery governance, work intake, reporting, and system lifecycle practices
- Knowledge of vendor coordination, contract support, and third-party delivery management
- 7+ years managing technical resources, delivery teams, work intake, and cross-functional operational support
